In 2007, Antonella and Danny Scenna combined their passion, experience, and vision to create PropertyCircle, an independent real estate agency with a clear mission — to deliver a more personal, seamless, and genuinely client-focused experience in real estate.

 

With already strong individual backgrounds in real estate and property, Antonella and Danny saw a growing gap in the industry: clients were being passed from person to person throughout their journey from listing agents to buyer agents, admin teams, and beyond often resulting in confusion, lack of accountability, and impersonal service.


Drawing on Antonella’s 28 years of real estate experience, which began when she entered the industry at 18 and became a Director by 20, and Danny’s diverse 18 years experience in real estate, property management, renovations, and hands-on trades, they set out to build something different.


PropertyCircle was born out of a desire to simplify the real estate process, with one dedicated agent and their team guiding clients through the entire journey from preparing their home for sale, marketing, open homes, negotiations, and ultimately, helping them buy their next home. This full-circle approach ensures clients feel supported every step of the way by someone who truly understands their needs and goals.

Antonella Scenna commenced her real estate career in 1997 at just 18 years old, joining a major international brand in the Ryde area.  Her dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence quickly saw her rise to the role of Director by the age of 20.

In 2007, Antonella and her husband, Danny, recognised the need for a more flexible and client-focused approach to real estate.  This vision led to the establishment of PropertyCircle, an independent agency designed to offer tailored services without the constraints of a franchise model.

For the past 28 years, we have proudly served Sydney's Northern Suburbs, specialising in residential sales and in 2024 adding our Buyer Agent services to fully support our clients through their entire property journey.  Our unwavering commitment to exceptional service, deep local market knowledge, and client-centric solutions continues to drive our success.
